Forehead Lines
Used to soften horizontal expression lines and create a smoother-looking upper face.
Consultation-led BOTOX® for patients who want a fresher, more rested look without anything feeling stiff, flat, or overdone.
At Magic Mirror MedSpa, treatment is planned with precision and restraint — softening the lines created by repeated expression while keeping movement, character, and balance intact.
BOTOX® Cosmetic is commonly used to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet in adults.
At Magic Mirror MedSpa, every treatment is customized to the face in front of us — how you move, where lines pull strongest, and how much softening will still look believable and elegant.
The goal is not to erase expression. It is to refine what feels distracting so the overall look feels smoother, lighter, and more rested.

Often treated between the brows to ease a more tense or severe-looking expression.
Placed around the outer eye area to soften the look of repeated smiling and squinting.
Many patients appreciate that treatment can be done efficiently in-office after consultation and planning.
Many patients return to normal daily activities after treatment with provider-directed aftercare.
When placed well, the result is smoother and fresher rather than stiff, flat, or overtreated.
Your plan should reflect your anatomy, movement pattern, and aesthetic goals instead of a one-size-fits-all formula.

BOTOX® works by blocking the nerve signals that cause targeted muscles to contract, which helps soften wrinkles created by repeated facial movement.
Many patients return to normal daily activities after treatment, though aftercare should always be reviewed with your provider.
When treatment is customized carefully, the goal is a softer, more refreshed look that still feels like you.
Serving Bozeman, MT and the Greater Gallatin Valley with elevated aesthetic care.
Your consultation is a chance to discuss the lines that concern you, previous treatments, your medical history and the amount of movement you would like to maintain. Treatment areas and dosing should be selected after an individual assessment.
The cost depends on the treatment plan and amount of product recommended. Ask for current pricing and a total estimate before treatment. The team can also explain any follow-up arrangements.
Tell your provider about medications, prior botulinum toxin treatments, allergies and medical conditions, and discuss pregnancy or breastfeeding if relevant. Ask about possible side effects, aftercare and when to contact the practice. Read the official BOTOX Cosmetic safety information before deciding.

MAGIC MIRROR MEDSPA · PATIENT GUIDE
A Botox appointment should leave you understanding both the treatment and the plan for your face. Use this guide to prepare for a first visit, compare options, and decide what questions matter most to you.
BOTOX Cosmetic temporarily relaxes selected muscles that create expression lines. The forehead, the area between the eyebrows, and the outer corners of the eyes are common areas discussed at Magic Mirror MedSpa. Your provider evaluates movement as well as the appearance of the face at rest before recommending treatment.
A wrinkle relaxer does not replace lost facial volume or remove excess skin. If your main concern is a hollow area, a deeper fold, or uneven skin texture, ask whether another injectable or skin treatment would better match that concern. Treating the right cause matters more than choosing the most familiar brand.
Start by describing what you notice: a crease that remains in photographs, a tense-looking brow, or lines that appear when you smile. Explain how much movement you want to retain and whether you have an upcoming event. Reference photos can help communicate preferences, but your own anatomy guides the recommendation.
Be ready to review previous injections, the product used, approximate dates, and any unexpected effects. Bring a current medication and supplement list. Before deciding, ask which areas are being proposed, why they fit your goal, what the total price includes, and how follow-up questions are handled.
If you proceed, the treatment involves small injections into the selected muscles. Before leaving, get clear instructions for the first day and a contact number for concerns. A consultation is also a reasonable time to decide you would prefer to wait or choose a different approach.
Changes develop after the appointment rather than appearing immediately. The manufacturer describes results that can begin within a few days, with the final response assessed later. Do not judge the outcome from the mirror immediately after an injection. Ask when your provider wants to review your result. See the official BOTOX Cosmetic treatment information.
Effects commonly last around three to four months, although individual response varies. Maintenance is a discussion based on the return of movement and your goals, not a guarantee that every visit will follow an identical schedule. The American Academy of Dermatology’s patient FAQs explain general treatment expectations.
A unit describes an amount of medication; it is not a standard package for every forehead or every person. Asking a friend how many units they received cannot tell you what your face needs. It is more useful to understand the recommended areas, the intended degree of softening, and the total treatment estimate.
Ask whether the quote is based on units or treatment areas and whether any planned reassessment has a separate charge. If you are comparing Botox with another wrinkle-relaxer brand, compare the complete treatment plan rather than assuming the unit numbers or per-unit prices are directly equivalent. Current Magic Mirror pricing is available from the practice; an online estimate is not a personalized quote.
Do not receive BOTOX Cosmetic if you have an infection at the proposed injection site or a relevant allergy to the product or another botulinum toxin. Tell your provider about muscle or nerve conditions, breathing or swallowing problems, previous facial procedures, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and all medicines you take. These details may change whether treatment is appropriate.
Possible effects include bruising, discomfort, headache, and temporary eyelid or brow drooping. Serious effects can occur. Difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking after treatment requires immediate medical help. Read the manufacturer’s Medication Guide for the full safety information.
Leave the appointment knowing your provider’s instructions about exercise, makeup, pressure on the treated areas, and other facial treatments. Avoid rubbing or massaging injection sites. Do not stop prescribed medicine on your own to prepare for a cosmetic appointment.
Tell the team about weddings, travel, photography, or work commitments before scheduling. Even a brief treatment can leave visible injection marks or bruising, and results take time to develop. For a first treatment in particular, allow room to understand your response instead of relying on a last-minute appointment.
Can I treat only one area? Discuss your priority, but ask how treating that area alone may affect the balance of surrounding facial movement. The recommendation should explain why an area is included or left untreated.
Can Botox and filler be part of the same plan? They address different concerns. If both are considered, ask what each is expected to contribute, how appointments should be sequenced, and whether starting with one treatment would make the result easier to assess.
What if I have had Botox elsewhere? Share the product, treatment date, areas, and any available records. That history is more useful than trying to recreate a previous result from memory.
What if I prefer a subtle change? Say so directly. Discuss the movement you want to preserve and the trade-off between softer lines and more visible expression. Natural-looking results are a goal, not something any provider can guarantee.
