You do not need a finished treatment plan before you visit. Bring your priorities, relevant history, and the questions you want answered so the consultation can focus on the right next step.
Have a current list of medicines and supplements, allergies, previous cosmetic treatments, and any relevant medical records. If you have had injectables elsewhere, include product names and approximate dates when possible. For a wellness consultation, recent laboratory results may help the provider understand the starting point.
Write down the concern that matters most and any important dates, such as travel or an event. If photographs help explain your preferences, bring them as a starting point for discussion rather than an expectation of an identical result.
What is the recommended treatment intended to change? What are the alternatives, including waiting? Who will perform it? What preparation, recovery, or follow-up will it involve? What would make you an unsuitable candidate?
